At People Future, we are committed to delivering the highest quality of care and support to our clients. We understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to handle all refund requests with fairness and transparency. Below, you will find the details of our refund policy.

1. Service Cancellation Refunds

  • Advance Notice (48 hours or more): If you need to cancel a booked service, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. In this case, you will receive a full refund for any prepaid services that have not yet been delivered.
  • Short Notice (less than 48 hours): If cancellation occurs with less than 48 hours’ notice, we will refund 50% of the prepaid amount for services that were not rendered. This covers administrative and scheduling costs.
  • Same-Day Cancellations: Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations, as our caregivers will already be scheduled and prepared to provide the service.

2. Service Dissatisfaction Refunds

  • At People Future, we take pride in offering quality care. If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we encourage you to contact us within 24 hours of the service. We will investigate the issue, and if we find that the service provided was not up to standard, we will offer a partial or full refund depending on the situation. Alternatively, we may offer to re-perform the service at no additional cost.

3. Prepaid Service Packages

  • If you have purchased a service package in advance and wish to cancel the remaining services, you may request a refund for the unused portion of the package. Please note that a small administrative fee may apply, and refunds will be issued for services not yet delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services already delivered, including any personalized care plans or assessments, are non-refundable. These services are performed with thoroughness and customization based on your or your loved one’s needs, and as such, we are unable to offer refunds for them.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days after confirmation. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. We will notify you via email once your refund has been processed.
